HPB has 48 properties at Rocha Brava. The architecture is of typical Algarve style with properties no more than two storeys high. The landscaping is ‘open plan’ so pedestrian access from one end of the site to the other is largely unimpeded.
The Bond currently has a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom properties, all furnished and equipped to a high standard with washing machines, satellite TV and DVD players (a free DVD library is available). All but one of the properties have a balcony or terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers.
Two two-bedroom properties have been adapted for accompanied wheelchair holidaymakers.
